These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of S-Core Lucid, a product of S-Core Analytics Inc. (“S-Core Analytics,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the free scan tool, you agree to these Terms.
S-Core Lucid queries third-party AI engines (including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini) with buyer-intent questions about your category, records how those engines respond, and presents that data as an AI Visibility Score, a site audit, content drafts, and authority-gap analysis. We do not control what any AI engine says, and we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, or citation.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. On the Dominate plan, you may invite a limited number of team members to access your account; you remain responsible for their use of the service.
Paid tiers are billed monthly. Until our payment processor is live, upgrade requests are handled manually and no charge occurs without a separate agreement between you and S-Core Analytics. Once billing is automated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Content drafts produced by the service are suggestions only. Nothing is published to any external platform without your explicit approval and a separate publish action. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy before publishing it anywhere, including through any connected CMS integration.
If you connect a third-party platform (for example WordPress or Shopify) using credentials you supply, you authorize us to make API calls to that platform on your behalf, solely to publish content you have approved. You can revoke a connection at any time from Settings; we store connection credentials only for the purpose of that integration and never use them for anything else.
Don't use the service to scan or represent a domain you don't own or have authorization to act on behalf of, attempt to circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions, or use generated content to publish false, defamatory, or misleading claims about yourself or competitors.
The service is provided “as is.” AI-generated scores, audits, and content may be incomplete or inaccurate. We are not liable for business decisions made based on this data, or for changes in how third-party AI engines behave, which are entirely outside our control.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings - this permanently removes your sites, scans, and content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse shared infrastructure (for example, excessive automated requests).
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
